Perhaps converting the Colors.sclf to a Colors.ini instead with colors of the form ElementName=#RRGGBB to allow both easy understanding of the values (standard CSS hex codes) and easy adding in code. Currently the file is a sequence of 4-byte VB6 Long values containing the colors, unlabelled. There are two variants, one containing 28 colors and one containing 32 colors.
The UI for the Fonts and Colors (the colors part, really) is confusing and hard to use. Perhaps updating this UI could also better improve the user experience of the color theme system.
