Beta 1.0.2_3 - Fixed issues with 1.0.2 update

• Update google maps API key. We accidentally left the old one in 1.0.2
• Actually fixed location not being submitted with tags(the fix in 1.0.2 didn't work 100% of the time)

Beta 1.0.1

Turns out our google maps API key was stored in the repo, allowing anyone on the internet to use it. The old API key has been deleted and a new one has been generated. The string resource in /res/google_maps_api.xml has been replaced with a placeholder. Any further heatmap testing will need to be with a different API key so we don't run into this issue again.
