Foxlet Client for Stellar 5.0

Please goto https://github.com/ripplefox/stellarwallet/releases to download the 5.0.0 version.

The new version use the latest StellarSDK 5.x and nwjs 0.45.2. It also improve the trade page a lot.

Please enjoy the new version.
