Award badges to users who attend Rocket Party events.
This project uses PostgreSQL to store persistent user and event data. Set the PGHOST, PGUSER, PGPASSWORD,
and PGDATABASE environment variables to configure the DB connection.
Recommend using Docker for local testing. Install Docker Desktop, then run docker-compose up --build in the repo root.
