Camera Integration

While camera integration to odin-data is being handled by somebody else, how these are integrated with the current control will need consideration and eventually integration.

This relates to #15 in that the data will need to be synchronised between the furnace controls and the camera data, but also plays into #11 for how the data will be stored at the end, and for the camera settings metadata as well.

This would be involved with requirements FD4 (imaging camera feed), FL1 for data logging, FL2 for trigger controls, and FL4 for metadata.

Also references #14 in that the PLC channels cannot be determined until the connections for the cameras are known.
