Discussion for if Flock floortiles should have a unique plating under them.
Means when a Flock floortile is broken and pried up, there's a unique plating under it. Makes a bit more sense for stuff like converting space, ocean, and asteroid tiles to Flock using a lattice, and then prying it up.
Also reinforces the idea that Flock conversion is full conversion.
