Build Kven - Norwegian dictionary into easier-to-use data formats.

Main package exposes ToJson, and ToDsl functions, which respecticely generate output files in /build/ directory. Running main function generates all outputs.
The builder outputs two dictionaries: Kven - Norwegian, and Norwegian - Kven. These are no 1:1 match, the former containing roughly 8000 entries while the latter contains roughly 7000 entries.
Kven is a member of the Finnic branch of the Uralic language family, and is closely related to Finnish. For political and historical reasons, it received the status of a minority language in 2005 within the framework of the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages. Linguistically, however, it is seen as a mutually intelligible dialect of the Finnish language, and grouped together with the Peräpohjola dialects
