FIXES ISSUE sugarlabs#3921 Reexamine our default temperament list In order to fix all the names perfectly in the menu i increased the size of the basic pie menu for the temperament name block

It works as expected. In testing, I found a bug, but I've concluded that the behavior is the same on both the master branch as well as this one. I'll write up a new issue for this. |

by the changes the names of the temperaments are updated and also the pie menu for the temperament selection opens well as mentioned in the issue #3921 by @pikurasa @walterbender
