many errors trying to register crawl objects this afternoon

honeybadger caught 1120 of these between 4:07 pm and 4:26 pm this afternoon, then they seemed to stop:

from calls to Dor::Services::Client.objects.register in register_object_using_web_service.

from skimming log/register_crawls.log, the vast majority of the errors seemed to come from druid:mm553tf6423. but towards the end, druid:kh149kf8484 and druid:cr827qv5481 both make appearances (one of the latter, many of the former). none of those objects show errors in argo (even after reindexing).

according to revisions.log 87f9c8c is deployed, and according to HB, the errors are coming from line 29 of https://github.com/sul-dlss/was-registrar/blob/87f9c8c036883fb249b2efb31e362a3eee707684/lib/was/registrar/register_object.rb#L22-L33
