Maybe create a separate DAG to run a SQL selection and output the data to a fixtures folder and run some tests against the data based on https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LrClfJo235NtEUR3K5aFQmH1t01sfr9smmtndt8DFy4/edit?usp=sharing
