Perforin Lamp1 evaluation script

AI enhanced particle segmentation and volume calculation

Installation

  1. Clone git repository
  2. Open cmd and cd to repository
  3. Install requirements with:
pip install -r requirements.txt

Usage

  1. Change the "path" to a directory of your choice.
  2. Run the script results are saved as numpy arrays in a data folder.
  3. Change the plots WITHOUT rerunning the computation by commenting the evaluate loop out and adjusting the matplotlib code.
