Remediate some bugs in nimbus

1. silence_ and bypass_ uninitialized in supercell firmware. Fix eurorack 2. grain dry/wet interp has a bug exactly at 1.0. Fix that by setting dry/wet to 0.99999f instead. Addresses #1167
