  1. Remove the half-baked initial midi smoother implementation 

    1. Remove the smoother objects and just have direct values on
   part
2. Remove the dsp smoother temp code. Closes surge-synthesizer#1085

This prepares us for in-matrix configurable smoothing. And so
addresses surge-synthesizer#1343
