Release of version v2.1.12

New Features

Set the configuration property confirmCollectionDelete to true to activate higher security for deleting collections. When confirmCollectionDelete is activated, a DELETE request on a collection must have the url parameter recursive=true, otherwise a 400 Bad Request response is returned.

Fixed Issues

#16 Delete only up to 10 resources, otherwise force is needed
