Allow regex case in multi-case rule #8

So far, you can write

<rule> := ^regex;

but not

<rule> := literal | ^regex;

Suggested syntax: introduce the $ to mark the end of the regex, so you could write:

<rule> := literal | ^regex$ | foo | bar;
