• Modified burst option to use PDFtk for splitting the PDF file instead of ImageMagick (would cause a problem with slides having a transparency)
• Burst option can be given a starting slide number
• Bugfix to generation of AviSynth for frames of long duration (> 1000 frames)
• Added support for generation of AviSynth file from Audacity track list
• Updated HTML documentation to more recent versions of some software tools (AviSynth to AviSynth+ in particular)
