Course completed but to rearrange

At this level the "first version" of the course (I want to add in a second time random forests, clustering and perhaps reinforcement learning) is complete.
It still needs to be heavily rearranged to be presentable, in particular, the navigation of the course and the first lesson, as well as logos, affiliation, acknowledgements etc..
