Benthos and NATS

What is the plan for a fully support benthos input and output. At the moment it looks like benthos doesn't support the following.

auth (token, user/password)

	FilterSubjects []string `json:"filter_subjects,omitempty"`
}

We are using auth callouts and passing a proprietary token. I am sure they are missing some other stuff but for now that is what I am testing for consume from a durable stream.

Doing a PR into redpanda isn't all that bad until you realize that they also have all their docs in the same repo and would have to be updated at the same time. Would be nice if NATS was the go-to implementation.
