* thelio-r3-n1, pang14: Link to Mediatek WiFi card's FCC filing info
* thelio-r3-n1, thelio-spark-b1-n2: Mention power LED on Thelio Io board
* thelio-r3-n1, thelio-spark-b1-n2: Update Thelio Io firmware link
* thelio-r3-n1: Various other fixes
