Knight's moves finder

Introduction

This is a spring boot based simple web application which demonstrates the possible moves of a knight player in a standard 8X8 chess board. URL to access http://localhost:8090

Prerequisites

• Maven 3
• Java 8

Installing

This project is configured as spring boot microservice and the output is a war file

Running the application:

1. Build the artifact mvn clean install, which produces the artifact target/knight-path-2.0.0.RELEASE.war
2. Ran the application using java -jar target/knight-path-2.0.0.RELEASE.war
3. Open browser and access url http://localhost:8090

OR

1. Download the file from https://github.com/szapps/knight-path/blob/master/output/knight-path-2.0.0.RELEASE.war
2. Run using command java -jar downloaded-location/knight-path-2.0.0.RELEASE.war
3. Open browser and access url http://localhost:8090

TEST

mvn clean test
