I'm currently using voice control to switch scenes in OBS while moving about away from the computer, but it's not bulletproof, so I'm also using OBS Remote as a backup remote and scenes monitor.
With enough scenes in play (imagine 200+ for example), eventually the currently selected scene is no longer visible on the list, and it would be useful if we could set an option so that the currently selected scene is always centered in the list (so we can see before/after scene context), or it's always scrolled to the top (so you only see upcoming scenes.) This way, whenever the remote needs to be used, the user doesn't waste time first finding where they are in the list.
I suppose ideally this would only occur if the app detected the change externally from OBS, so someone actively using the remote wouldn't have it constantly autoscrolling the position on them, but that could also be solved by just disabling the autoscroll option for that session.
Thank you for considering this, and thank you for this remote app! It's already made part of the process much easier!
EDIT: I should add that I'm also labeling most of my scenes with the same voice commands used to switch to them, so OBS Remote also serves as my teleprompter for the next command I need for the correct scene change. If this app could autoscroll as described, it would be the final nail in the automation process here.
Also, because of this teleprompting function the remote serves for me... if autoscrolling is possible, but I had to choose only one option for simpler implementation, it would definitely be centering the currently selected scene, so I would be able to see my commands to go in reverse to a previous scene. Always scrolling to the top would block them from view.
