Periodic preview

I know there's the option to add an iFrame embed to the layout (#9), but it would be really great if an actual screenshot would be generated periodically. This is possible with obs-websocket >= 4.6.0, see https://github.com/Palakis/obs-websocket/blob/4.x-current/docs/generated/protocol.md#takesourcescreenshot

For example: every 1 second take a small JPG screenshot to display.

@Niek Wow, that one is great, but there are few features. For example, I cannot change the audio level yet.
