Show tags as they are being added when adding an activity

This should already be done no? Maybe I misunderstand the title.

Sort of, you can see them when you exit the dialog, but I think there should be a way to see them while adding them. UI principles, show direct and immediate feedback (which I realize we do with that toast message, but I think it'd be better if they could see the tag they just added in the dialog itself. I have an idea on how we might be able to make this page better, if I get a chance to work on it I'll let you know.
