Explorer results should not refresh if they remain the same

Describe the bug
The results for the filters applied on the Resources Explorer match the results, and yet the explorer is getting refreshed and nodes reloaded.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I click on the 'Add filter' button.
2. I select a filter that has no impact/matches the current result.
3. The explorer refreshes and zooms in while the results are the same.

Expected behavior
There should be a check if the results are the same as the previous render of the explorer to avoid a new render with the same results.
