Add filterbar to Storybook and streamline the code for being reusable and update everything according to the Figma designs.

Background:
We recently added the FilterBar to our Dependency Graph.

This showed that the current Filter component is specifically written for Inventiory and very difficult to be reused in other pages. We also noticed that the designs are not matching the one in Figma.

This ticket is about refactoring the Filter component to make it reusable and also update the styling according to Figma.

Close because we currently have #935 in progress and need to wait for it to be finished first.
