Add an endpoint to Komiser engine API to route data from the Onboarding wizard frontend to the confgi.toml file

The idea is that and endpoint should exist in the Komiser engine API which allows for the data that is inputted through the Onboarding wizard frontend to be written to the config.toml file associated to the users account.
