Release notes

Everything that is not fixed here is an upstream bug, although some of them have already been addressed. Please remember that by "upstream", we mean the open-source TalkBack version, not the one from the Play Store.

This version is not strictly based on the official upstream code; rather, it is based on more complete code found in a pull request from the TalkBack dev.
