A few improvements from other contributors, releasing as next minor version release.

Version 1.1 Documentation & Shellcheck

In this release the script has undergone some aesthetic changes as well as some practical ones from a development standpoint.

• Travis CI running shellcheck on each push to the repo
• options added to the script for help/info text and version number -h -i & -v respectively
• integrated the XDG standard for default file path unless it does not exist
• decided to keep dependencies for display of CSV files
• shellcheck'd the entire script

Initial Release Version

This version includes:

• The core functionality of the script
• Ansi colors for the output
• Point system for smart card picking
• flexible deck storage and selection system
