-> This is an Major Project done in my Final year i.e. Group Project. -> The Purpose of this project is Predict the reviews (Comments) given by the customer using Natural Processing Language(NLP) with the help of Machine Learning. -> These ratings are also helpful for the restaurant owners to make changes based their reviews for improving their business. -> Here in this project we used some ML algorithms like Support Vector Machine(SVM), Fuzzy Domain Ontology(FDO). -> The results of this study could be used as a sustainable marketing strategy for review website developers to design sophisticated, intelligence review systems by enabling customers to sort and filter helpful reviews based on their preferences
