The problem

注册页的手机必填验证无效，请调整

Environment

OS Info: Window10
browser Info: chrome 65.0.3325.146
URL: release.keepwork.com
Model: 注册功能

Step To Reproduce Issue [ Good To Have ]

Pre-conditions:
1.网络正常，可正常访问release.keepwork.com页面
Details:
1.进入keepwork页面，选择注册按钮进行注册
2.注册的时候不填写手机号进行注册，观察注册是否可以正常
Expected Result:
1.注册失败，弹出手机号必填标识，要求不能为空
Actual Result:
1.存在必填标识，但实际没有限制，为空还是可以注册成功
