Problem

Currently taxpasta can add taxonomic names when standardizing profiler output.
Sometimes a table may of been standardized without the taxonomic labelling and a label might need to be changed or supplied later.

Solution

Can supply taxprofiler with a previously standardized table and add the taxonomic labels.

The ability to remove them could be useful too, say you had genus and species and wanted to remove the species label....

please? I don't think I have understood what kind of problem you are trying to solve.

Your last request

could that be solved by the --summarise-at option?
