What is Morphine

Morphine is a PyQt5 based framework that enables python pypi developer to focus more on core part of module, not on its setup.py. Morphine comes with 4 templates of pypi setup script that helps in writing code for setup script in approx 4 - 5 mins (depends on typing speed).
