Please suggest a mechanism for groups to directly ask their entities to be added to the database.

As an organisation/entity
I would like to add the name of our entity and our information to the Atlas
In order to be listed and categorised in Atlas.

for now a simple page with a simple online or offline (PDF) form that only record the entries and put it to the database by a person can be enough, in next updates we can create temp database and after admin reviewed, with a click transfer it to the database.

the form necessitates a /form route. Will you take care of that? I can create the Google form, or the route, or both.
