Develop Outreach program

• track outreach to each of the entities in the Atlas. We can use Google Sheets.
• credentials for each entity so they can edit (only) their own page.
• unified message also informing them of the launch date. Communication channels, message and plan should be unified. We should present a professional, non-partisan look.
• prepare for a press release. Start contacting journalists after we start outreach program to make them ready for the official unveiling date.
• We need technical step-by-step documentation for onboarding and usage of platform.
