1: Erroneous Payments

2: In case you have made a payment to the wrong recipient or have made a payment in error, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to help you recover the payment. However, if the payment cannot be recovered, we will issue a refund to your account. Please note that the refund process may take up to 7 business days.

4: If you notice any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions on your account, please report it to us immediately. We will investigate the matter and refund any amount that was taken without your consent.

6: If you have paid a bill through Payinstacard and the payment was not received by the recipient, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and issue a refund if necessary. Please note that in some cases, the recipient's bank may take up to 10 business days to process the payment.

7: Dissatisfaction with the Service:

8: If you are not satisfied with the service provided by Payinstacard, please contact us with your feedback. We will try to resolve the issue and provide you with a satisfactory solution. If you are still not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To claim a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of using our service. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your request.

9: Duplicate Payment

10: If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same bill, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and issue a refund if necessary. Please note that refunds for duplicate payments may take up to 7 business days to process.
