Feature request

Following the introduction of an http URLs resolver in this PR it would be great to expand on this and let an admin specify a proxy to fetch the URL from.

Use case

It may be useful for users to share tasks in a corporate environment where a proxy is implemented.

This probably would make more sense to be a global configmap entry.
