1.3 - 4 team support
i work entirely out of spite, enjoy.
- added proper 4team support (no more discolored meters or anything of the sort)
- fixed overlap with heavy sandvich and chekhov
- reimplemented some menus from live tf2
- cleaned up clientscheme
- made control point capturing meter a bit brighter and adjusted meter while
- adjusted health to be consistent with ammo

v1.1 - slowly reimplementing features
- readded a lot of the middle mann stuff (spec mode, targetid, scoreboard, etc etc.)
- slimmed down disguise panel
- put last damage done in the correct spot
- polished the hud a bit.
