telly v0.4.1 introduces alot of new features

• request logging
• switch to telly-m3u-parser (this is BIG - means no more having to use sed)

• able to use environment variables as flags (useful for unraid/docker)

Lots of bug fixes. -file renamed to -playlist, -playlist can now pull from a URL, Docker intergration, faster, better, stronger.

Bug fixes, regex fixes

Changes -useregex to -filterregex. Adds experimental -useregex <regex> to define your own regex. Fixes some bugs where /lookup.json would fail.
