This Exploratory Data Analysis project was carried out to gain insights on the Nigerian Property Market. The Federal Republic of Nigeria, is a country in West Africa and the most populous country in Africa with a population of over 216 million. Nigeria borders Niger in the north, Chad in the northeast, Cameroon in the east, and Benin in the west. Nigeria consists of 36 Federal states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Lagos is the largest city in Nigeria and the second-largest in Africa.
The dataset used was obtained from Kaggle (https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/abdullahiyunus/nigeria-houses-and-prices-dataset). It contains data on Lagos Property prices scrapped by Abdullahi Yunus ( https://www.kaggle.com/abdullahiyunus).
In order gain a clear understanding of the Nigerian Real Estate market, an Exploratory Data Analysis project is necessary. This EDA project focuses on;

- common features of properties in the Nigerian Real Estate Market.
- factors that influence property prices in the Nigerian Real Estate Market.
