sub menu on click problem

I've just come across an annoying bug.

In a menu with sub-menus, the "open with click" choice doesn't work.
The menu opens on hover regardless of the choice, which is not suitable for people with disabilities.

This happens if I use an "off-canvas" menu

To work around the problem, I created a "joomla" menu in off-canvas position instead of the native Astroid off-canvas menu.
