I was reading #2734, and I was wondering how on earth could that remotely work? My reasoning is that Termux can't know where it'll be installed by Android (for non-primary users), and it's impossible for an app to move its install-path without root.
Also, why is it that changing the path to a different string that points to the same directory can help? That implies all instances of Termux (in the hypothetical case multi-user works) would be allowed to read and overwrite the same install-path, which seems like a recipe for disaster
