We should keep track of inactive users (e.g. via an AttributeType in LDAP).

Possible functionality in usermgmt:

  • mark user as inactive
  • delete all inactive users that are past a certain grace period (e.g. 1 year)

Since the lastbind utility tracks password logins only, we may have to use the lastlog util for this.
