After a user is added/removed, this change should also be reflected in kiz-compute and/or sagi mailing lists.

Mailman access to mailing lists
https://groups.th-nuernberg.de/mailman/admin/kiz-compute
Includes everybody, i.e., students, staff, external researchers

https://groups.th-nuernberg.de/mailman/admin/sagi
Includes mainly audio processing staff members

Likely not possible because we have Mailman 2.1. REST API only available in mailman >3.
