ThaliCore: add smoke tests

ThaliCore has gone through a deep revision that added new logic and constrains.
Unit tests running on a single device are not enough to really test the new code.
One possibility is to add p2p tests in the exiting ThaliTest's native test infrastructure.
The alternative is to create a standalone Swift app.
