Add nametag item system

a option to configure tag type like ITEM, VISUAL this plugin currently works as visual tags system
Ok so lets me explain what ITEM type means.
ITEM TAG TYPE
like when you buy a tag from shop example i am buying a PRO Tag it will give you nametag(minecraft item) tag named PRO when you interact on it you will claim the pro tag. And after claiming the tag nametag (item) will be removed from your inventory also pls add commands to item tag like /tag PRO {player} this will give item/visual type tag this helps to used in crates reward.
