Update the CMakeLists.txt to contain the latest changes. This also introduces a new option
SWIFT_FIREBASE_BUILD_EXAMPLESto allow disabling the examples. This change is motivated by the desire to cross-compile this to other platforms (e.g. Android), which is not possible via SPM.
