Option to apply Load Limiting to RSS searches only

I would like to be able to apply different load limiting factors to RSS searches vs. direct searches (i.e. for a specific episode of a TV show or for a Movie title, etc.). Load limiting say RSS searches can make sense in certain circumstances, but I typically want specific, direct searches to always be done to given indexers.

Sorry, I recently got a puppy and have no time for development. I'll keep it in mind.
