The trimmed FASTQ metrics are displayed on the right-hand side. Reads with base quality <30 and length <20 were filtered out. For more detailed examination, please select any sample at the sidebar to download its FASTQ QC report. You can also download full FASTQ QC reports of all sample by clicking the lower download button.
