Feat/add company report templates

Description

This PR adds templates for the company reports to the template section. The intention of this is to ensure that future cohorts don't have to convert existing .docx templates to markdown, and just make the collaboration much smoother.

How Has This Been Tested?

This has been run through nom run dev to confirm these templates display correctly; but the intention is that these will be immediately copied and not really viewed through the website.
