The files originally contributed to this project in September 2018
(the "FILES") relate to Unified EFI Forum, Inc.
("UEFI") Self-Certification Test 2.6 A. The FILES are, include, or
depend upon contributions originally made under the UEFI Promoters
Agreement and UEFI Contributors Agreement (the "UEFI Contributions")
by a number of contributors.  In 2018, the relevant contributors -
Arm, Dell, HPE, Intel, Nanjing Byosoft, Phoenix - consented to
donation of the FILES to this project, consented to disclosure of 
the FILES consistent with TianoCore Contribution Agreement 1.1,
and granted copyright and patent licenses consistent with Section 2
of TianoCore Contribution Agreement 1.1 as to any of their respective
UEFI Contributions that were incorporated into or were necessarily
required by the published UEFI Self-Certification Test 2.6 A.
 
The FILES as donated (and modified versions thereof) are subject to
TianoCore Contribution Agreement 1.1, and also continue to be subject
to a requirement that their distribution include the following 
disclosure of terms and conditions:
